**Job Description: Baker (Full-Time)**

**What We’re Looking For**
- Professional experience in a bakery setting (baking/pastry degree a major plus)
- A genuine passion for baking, especially bagels and pastries
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive, inclusive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing baking team and providing training and leadership to junior bakers
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct baking related issues
- Preparing and mixing various doughs from scratch
- Developing pastry and baked-good offerings along with speciality bagel flavours
- Overseeing baking of bagels and pastries during early morning shifts
- Accurately scaling ingredients and managing production prep
- Maintaining inventory and placing orders for ingredients as needed
- Offering creative input for seasonal specials and reimagined old-world pastries
- Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and ensuring a sanitary work environment

Pay: $25.00 per hour
