**We are looking for a Bakery Manager for our Vaughan Mills location to join our team.**

**Our mission is to spread warmth - not only in our Bakeries, but also in our community. As a member of the management team, the Bakery Manager ensures all operational, business, and personnel targets are achieved for the bakery. Overseeing the daily operation of the bakery and assuring compliance with all company policies and government legislation.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the day-to-day store operations
- Responsible for meeting the financial monthly targets
- Identification of staffing needs, staff planning, and schedule development based on work demands and trends
- Adherence to the brand identity
- Provides proper training to all sale staff
- Conducting Interviews
- Provide proper training to all sale staff
- Serving as a coach, leader and mentor to all direct reports
- Commitment to the policies, processes and expectations of the company
- Maintaining a customer-first mindset; addressing issues and complaints identified by staff and/or customers
- Maintain and present a clean and organized store at all times
- Reconcile payroll weekly
- Understands weekly P&L statements and takes corrective action as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by the District Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Two or three years of retail/food experience and/or related Associate degree
- Ability to positively affect bakery sales and profits
- Ability to train and motivate the crew to exceed the Guest’s expectations
- Ability to internally develop Crew Leaders and Assistant Managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $43,000.00 per year
