We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Webmaster to join our team and ensure our websites are efficient, user-friendly, and continuously updated to meet the evolving needs of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Regularly update content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia, using the company’s CMS.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and accessible across all devices and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and performance.
- Optimize website load times and SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement new website features and functionality.
- Maintain a high level of security, including implementing measures to protect websites from malware, hacks, and other online threats.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with website hosting and domain management is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
