**Job Summary**

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzes business processes and drafts documentation to optimize operations according to selected indicators.
- Writes and revises functional specifications according to various methodologies and best practices.
- Configure modules and other team-related systems to meet business requirements.
- Conducts tests and records results to confirm system functionality.
- Provides end-user support for stabilization purposes when new changes are deployed.
- Participates in the preparation of training materials and the training of key users.
- Develops a privileged relationship with business partners within the company, and translates their needs into technical requirements for his Competence Centre.
- Anticipates issues and risks, and implements controls and action plans to secure production launches.
- Contributes to operational support under the responsibility of its competence center.
- Actively monitors production system processes and activities.
- Investigates, analyzes and resolves production system problems and incidents.
- Advises and assists users with a view to improvement and innovation.
- Translates business, operational and functional requirements to development teams.
- Participates in the quality control activities of the processes in his/her center of competence.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
- **More than 7 years' experience in implementation projects and operational and configuration experience with IT tools**
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or food industry an asset
- Experience in an agile environment an asset
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- **Experience with eCom, web or mobile development an asset**
**- Bilingualism essential (spoken and written)**
- May require travel between Metro offices (Varennes, Laval, Montreal, Ontario)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $90.00-$95.00 per year
