**Duties**:

- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, taking their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
- Engage with guests, making recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu or drink options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments through the POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests seated at the bar
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous one year experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is required
- Must have Ontario smart serve certification
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
