**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the Micros POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety practices

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
