House Manager and Assistant

Coordinate and oversee household housekeeping
- Shopping and errands for house and office.
- Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organized, and secure
- Supervise other support staff at the house
- Handle special requests and arrangements for events or guests
- Organize schedules and activities
- Project assistance for the president on personal initiatives.
- Sorting products and assisting with a number of tasks at the office.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of household management best practices
- Discretion and respect for privacy
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Thrive in fast paced environment.
- Computer competency be able to keep up with many projects.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
