**Assembly Technician**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow step by step processes to achieve finished product
- Read and understand blueprints (willing to train with our drawings)
- Efficiently prepare build components for each assembly required (understand the different components that go into the assembly, using the 5S boards for description of production types)
- Ability to troubleshoot problems that may arise, communicate issues to get required assistance.
- Good attitude and willing to learn new things.
- Fast paced work environment
- Quality assurance responsibilities (double check your own work, or others if required)
- Ability to use hand tools an asset.
- Ability to read metric measurements

**Hand tools required for position**:

- Lineman pliers
- Side cutters
- Hammer
- Multi purpose scraper
- Tape measure
- Tool bag or tool belt required for keeping tools with assembler at stations.

**Shift**:Days

**Hours**: 44 hours per week + overtime

**Overtime**: Paid at time and one half after 88 hours biweekly
