The Company seeks to create a greater presence in the retail scene as a go-to-place for comfort and enjoyment in food, coffee, and excellence in service. It serves its products through its expanding retail outlets/food service operations in the GTA. **We are seeking an experienced, high energy, professional, "head driver" for our team. You must be 25 years or older with a clean driving abstract.** **Responsibilities and Duties** - Emergency response call out 7 days - Must be able to answer phone calls from drivers - Responsible maintanence of vehicles - Fill up the fuel - Must be able to lift up to 40lb - Assist with organizing orders - Execute driver's weekly schedule - Adhere to location delivery requirements and assist drivers when need - Pick up and deliver to locations by designated times & according to checklist procedures - Follow company procedures and processes - Step in to assist with other duties (pick up or delivery as directed during non peak hours) **Qualifications and Skills** - Able to answer phone calls - Valid G license - Clean Drivers Abstract - 25 years and over - 2+ Yrs experience in food delivery an asset - Positive and energetic attitude - Ability to stay calm in stressful traffic situations - Integrity and commitment to the business' success - Proven self starter with a desire to solve problems - Attention to detail - Clean and organized - Team player - Early riser - Numerical competency - English spoken/written communication (preferred) - Must have good knowledge of the GTA neighborhoods and surrounding areas - 2 + yrs. Customer service experience (preferred) **Requirements**: - Must be comfortable giving and taking directions; - Able to balance multiple priorities; - Providing service to others and working with co-workers in a friendly environment; - Knowledge of health and safety procedures, standards and regulations; - Communication skills; - Strong organizational skills; - Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively; - Forklift skills not required but would be an asset. - Must have G class license with clear abstract **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - Morning shift - On call - Weekend availability Work Location: One location
