As a Mobile Head Lice Technician, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes, schools, or other designated locations to provide expert head lice assessments, treatments, and ongoing support. With our thorough training program, you will acquire the necessary expertise to confidently address head lice infestations, educate clients on prevention measures, and deliver top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Traveling to clients' locations to conduct head lice assessments and treatments
- Employing industry-leading techniques and products to effectively eliminate head lice infestations
- Offering educational guidance on head lice prevention, including cleaning recommendations and follow-up care
- Ensuring accurate and organized documentation of client visits, treatments performed, and relevant observations
- Upholding a professional and compassionate approach, maintaining confidentiality and client privacy
- Collaborating with the team to enhance treatment methods, share best practices, and contribute to the company's success

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide reassurance and support to clients of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Flexibility to accommodate client appointments, including evenings and weekends
- Respect for client privacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
