Job Summary:

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth
- Lead and manage the executive team to ensure operational excellence
- Drive business development initiatives and cultivate key relationships
- Oversee financial performance and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders
- Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Direct project management efforts to achieve organizational goals

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a senior executive role demonstrating exceptional leadership skills
- Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
- Experience in project management and overseeing complex initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving organizational success
