Based in Canada, Bath Depot specializes in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products. With over 350 employees and over 49 stores across the Country, we are reinventing the renovation shopping experience.

We are currently looking for a 3rd key for our New Saskatoon store. Are you driven by sales goals? Are you passionate about customer service and also about building strong customer relationship? Well, you could be the brand ambassador our compagny needs

**Types of additional compensation**:

- Commissions

**Once you dive into your role, here’s an overview of your day-to-day**:

- Achieve sales targets
- Establish loyalty with an exceptional clientele by offering excellent customer service
- Assist and participate in overall store operations
- Develop product knowledge and take part in
- Play an essential role within the team

**Furthermore, our ideal team member meets the following qualifications**:

- Has a minimum of 6 months of relevant sales experience
- Is available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Can lift heavy loads (50 pounds)
- Is fluent in English
- Demonstrates a high sense of autonomy and initiative
- Maintains a positive attitude at all times
- Demonstrates sound judgment and a focus on finding solution
- Obtained a high school diploma or is actively working towards it

**To succeed in this role, you will need to**:

- Offer a premium standard of customer service and an exceptional shopping experience
- Develop lasting relationships with customers
- Be aware of sales goals (and other performance indicators) and work to achieve and surpass them
- Promote your own continuous training and share your knowledge
- Be aware of tools and information and comply with occupational health and safety programs
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the Store
- Promote and optimize ongoing promotions
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products
