This is a **part-time, temporary/seasonal** sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.

**What You'll Do**
- ** Provide unforgettable service**:Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
- **Drive sales**: Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
- **Maintain store standards**:Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
- **Foster teamwork**:Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- **Share our mission**:Educate guests about Fjällräven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
- **Participate in events**:Help build community by supporting in-store and local events

**Who You Are**
- A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
- Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
- _Preferred, but not required: _Experienced in retail or customer service
