**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will engage with customers, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure that our merchandise is presented beautifully. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display throughout the store.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
