**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Concrete Form Carpenter** to join our heavy civil construction team. In this role, you will build and install concrete forms for curbs, sidewalks, retaining walls, manholes, chambers, and other municipal infrastructure features. This is hands-on work in active road construction environments, requiring accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install concrete formwork for various infrastructure structures.
- Set forms to line and grade using levels, string lines, or laser.
- Place and secure rebar, mesh, and embedded items.
- Work with crew to place, finish, and strip concrete.
- Maintain tools and ensure formwork is safe and ready for use.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist other crew members with general site duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in concrete forming or related carpentry work.
- Ability to read and follow layout instructions and drawings.
- Knowledge of formwork systems, shoring, and reinforcement placement.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic; must have reliable transportation.
