UCSH is looking for a full time **Production Coordinator** position. This is an on-site position in our Port Coquitlam location.

**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Manager and coordinate activities between departments to ensure the production and job sites run smoothly.

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

- Create and maintain shop schedule and field schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure that task and activities are being completed.
- Extract information from project schedules to create our internal working schedule.
- Maintain and update Fieldwire for installations department
- Update drawings, hardware schedules, and all applicable site tasks for each project.
- Generate reports and work closely with the Production Manager, and Installation Managers to ensure work is being complete.
- Assist the Production Manager and Field Installations Managers in daily operations.
- Other duties as assigned

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:

- Minimum high school diploma or 1 - 2 years of experience working as a Production Coordinator position
- Experience in construction industry is an asset
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and maintain quality of work
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to multitask to meet multiple demands
