We’re looking for a skilled **IT Project Manager** to lead key technology projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to enterprise architecture, and influence digital transformation across the organization.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects
- Develop project charters, business plans, and scope documents
- Assign responsibilities and manage project teams and timelines
- Collaborate with vendors, departments, and leadership stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports and project deliverables
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
- Support change management and communication planning
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction
**What You Bring**
- 5 years experience in leading healthcare portfolios or initiatives
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project governance and reporting standards
- Knowledge of business analysis, resource planning, and risk management
