These roles are ideal for physicians who want to focus on quality patient care while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Physicians at ARCTIC Health Clinic work alongside psychiatrists, pharmacists, counsellors, psychologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and allied health staff. We provide an **extremely attractive program package**, robust administrative systems, and comprehensive physician support. Scheduling can accommodate one or more days per week, depending on availability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide primary care and family medicine services
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health staff
- Support medication management protocols
- Participate in integrated care planning with community agencies and partners

**Qualifications**
- MD with active or eligible licensure in Alberta
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (or equivalent)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada
- Successful completion of MCCQE I and II
- Eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
- Experience in community health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry is an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team
Pay: $175,395.49-$534,176.16 per year
Work Location: In person
