**Type of Shifts**:Days, Monday to Friday

**Approximate # of Hours per week**:37.5

**Hours of Work**:Work hours are 37.5 hours/week; however, extra hours can be required to meet workload demands. Work is performed at a computer. Business travel is required occasionally.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Reporting to the Director, Strategy, Planning & Development, the Project Manager will provide project management support through the research, planning and execution of projects as outlined on PRHC’s 2024-2029 Strategic Plan and to other major operational projects.

The Project Manager will support PRHC’s purpose of being “One Team. Here when you need us most” by providing oversight to organization-wide project management to enable the successful implementation of PRHC’s strategic commitments. The Project Manager will develop the structures, processes, and systems to ensure a systematic and cross-functional approach to implementation. The Project Manager will provide project leadership and insights to the project team and will partner closely with the Executive Sponsors and Leads through the successful implementation of work while ensuring project goals, schedules and budgets are achieved. The Project Manager will have a strong understanding of change management and schedule management, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to deliver value from project conception to sustainability.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Undergraduate degree or minimum seven (7) years’ experience in the health care sector implementing strategy and projects across programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant experience managing projects

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Understanding of agile project management methodologies
- Understanding of systems and systems integration including: Epic, Dimensions, Workday, and Atlassian
- Demonstrated understanding of governance models
- Experience working within Broader Public Sector Procurement Directives
- Demonstrated expertise related to strategic and program planning, project execution and performance metric development
- Strong team building skills to achieve organizational goals; communicates with and motivates a team to achieve results
- Strong facilitating and negotiation skills to resolve conflict
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required to adjust to and meet unpredictable deadlines or changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with medical/ administrative staff at various levels at PRHC and consulting professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
