**Project Manager**

Reports To: Operations Manager

Project Managers work with homeowners, property managers, tenants and insurance companies after stressful events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Project Manager, you will supervise the mitigation and renovation efforts, while managing costs. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field. Everyone within Paul Davis needs to have a world-class work ethic, serious attention to detail and enjoy helping people in their time of need. We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time.

**Team Compensation and Benefits**:

- Company phone and attire provided

- Annual salary of $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience and certifications
- Bonus program based on performance
- On-going training

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:

- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Capable to lead and develop a team
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Construction industry experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Thrives under high stressful situations

**Role on the Team (Responsibilities)**:

- On-call rotation
- Ability to work after hours when required
- Schedule jobs and create work orders in job management program
- Meet operational objectives of Sales, Cost Controls, and Brand Experience
- Track metrics during weekly job reviews
- Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Participate in local community events
- Build relationships with key customers
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and trades professionals
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
