**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction with food and service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations and guest satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $15.00-$19.04 per hour
