**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Conduct cost management analyses to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Perform risk analysis to assess potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage account reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
- Provide insights on investment opportunities and financial performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in finance management or a related role, with a strong understanding of corporate finance practices.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, accounts payable systems, and cost management strategies.
- Experience in risk analysis and investment evaluation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
