**RV Parts and Service Manager**

**Overview**

The Parts and Service Manager leads and oversees both the parts and service departments of the company, ensuring that internal operations and external customers receive timely, accurate, and efficient service related to rv equipment components. This role involves strategic oversight to guarantee that both departments run profitably and meet the demands of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Department Leadership**: Lead, manage, and mentor the parts and service teams, setting performance standards, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. **Operational Oversight**: Oversee the daily operations of both departments, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks, and high levels of productivity. **Customer Experience**: Establish and maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring every client receives outstanding service. Handle any escalated customer concerns or complaints. **Performance Metrics**: Analyze and track key performance indicators to assess departmental efficiency, service quality, and areas for improvement. **Staff Development**: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities for the teams. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all services and parts meet or exceed established quality standards and address any lapses promptly. **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant working environment. **Vendor and Supplier Relations**: Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service and parts availability. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency. **Sales and Promotions**: Develop strategies for promoting parts sales, service packages, and special offers. **Reporting**: Regularly report to senior management on departmental performance, inventory levels, sales trends, and any challenges or opportunities in the market. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions and processes into the department’s operations.

To be an effective RV Parts and Service Manager, you'll need a diverse set of skills and competencies. Here are some key ones:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Additional pay:
