- High School or Trade Certification education required
- Shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Forklift license considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office suite, ADP/CDK or other shop software considered an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Being able to multi-task and follow deadlines for ship outs to the customers.
- Parts picking in the warehouse and coordinating ship outs
- Preparing packages for delivery and filling out shipping labels
- Receive, move, and arrange materials in the warehouse
- Check shipped materials for damage and process defective product
- Source and track stock and special-order items
- Support the warehouse team on general daily tasks
- Communicate with Service team on the arrival of parts
- Inventory management
- Participate in annual or cyclical inventory counts
- Contribute and participate in all 5S initiatives
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, type and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
