**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic for accurate documentation and data collection.
- Engage in pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort and quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate home care services when needed.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes in family medicine.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and advancements in family medicine.

**Qualifications**
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with board certification in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner and Epic, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to family medicine practices.
- Experience in pediatrics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development through ongoing education and training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $171,265.23-$496,052.18 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
