**Data Maintenance & Pricing Administrator** - this is not a remote job

ARZ Group of Companies ltd. is looking for a dependable and dedicated Data Maintenance & Pricing Administrator. He / She will be accountable for the timely maintenance and accuracy of product data updates. This includes price changes, special orders, lifecycle changes of products/SKUs and product fixes in our various systems. In this function, the Data Maintenance & Pricing Administrator works closely with Merchants, Operations, Product Content Team, IT and our warehouses to ensure most efficient processes and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute product lifecycle updates within company systems.
- Create promotional messaging in our POS platform.
- Complete data update projects and data fixes as directed.
- Manage data validation, issue identification and issue resolution.
- Monitor all aspects of the product life cycle for every item set up including long
- and short-term development.
- Assign item numbers and duty codes and manage the data for all new products being produced.
- Employ pricing strategies that meet company’s standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensure that retail, salespeople and marketing employees comply with pricing changes.
- Work in conjunction with Inventory Control, Import and Overseas vendor correlating 100 % accuracy on items.
- Identify, scope and execute strategic price process improvement projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define floor, target and ceiling pricing for project job components.
- Scope the issue then define, build and implement solution to measure price effectively.
- Price all items using formulas to assure profitability. Maintain and update price guarantees daily.
- Assessed operational workflow for efficiency and scalability; identified challenges and provided innovative solutions.

**Requirements/Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of Data Maintenance & Pricing Specialist work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex information succinctly and clearly to a lay audience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage effectively a varied workload and competing priorities.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- A self-motivated learner with a track
- record of continually updating skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to develop clear, concise, accurate technical documentation.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
