**About this opportunity**:
Perform various duties around maintaining master data in the ERP system, providing level 1 technical support, preparing various reports, and other administrative duties which may be required. Works independently, receiving mínimal detailed supervision and guidance. Complex questions are referred to the Manager. Other requirements will include use of ERP system and the ability to offer excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, team environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performs master data maintenance for: product set ups, new customer setup or maintenance, base product pricing including contract pricing and or promotional pricing maintenance
- Reviews submitted requests with end users to ensure that all mandatory information has been provided.
- Distributes daily, weekly and monthly system reports related to inventory, products and customer base.
- Following the EDI inbound order standard operating procedures ensures that customer order data accurately recorded in the shipping and invoicing system database files. The procedures mandate effective and frequent communication with customer order desk and sales department personnel.
- Uses data entry skills to update and maintain ERP master data
- Edits master data records according to the IT’s procedures and practices.
- Identifies complex problems and refers them to the Manager.
- Works safely and follows legislated and established safe work procedures and practices.
- Other Duties as assigned in adherence to the JVF GMP policies.

**Your qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Degree or diploma
- Professional designation or working towards an asset
- 2+ years of related experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff
- Strong written and oral communication skills
