Sukoshi Mart seeks to deliver Korean and Japanese treasures to everyone.

To that end, we aim to provide exceptional in-store shopping experiences for customers in Ontario, and an online portal for consumers across North America. As a growing enterprise, we are looking for like-minded individuals to share their skills and experience with us.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
- Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- Open/Closing duties
- Assisting with inventory, accepting orders.
- Leading/assisting staff members.
- Assisting with store set up.
- May include other responsibilities.

The projected start date for this position is around mid-late March.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.75 per hour

- Weekends as needed
