**SALES ASSOCIATE/KEY HOLDER - PART-TIME**

**Role & Responsibilities**

As a **Sales Associate**you are enthusiastic about customer service, passionate about our products, display positivity with ease, and thrive in a team environment. Added responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

- Engaging with our customers to determine their needs
- Maintaining the store’s visuals and displays with pride
- Receiving and merchandising stock
- Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning

As a **Key Holder**you are reliable, take initiative, and work just as well individually as you do in a team. Added responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

- Opening and closing the store
- Reacting to customer complaints, incidents, or requests
- Performing shrink and cash controls
- Performing standard store duties (ensuring a clean and organized retail space)

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Retail/Customer service experience is a must
- Weekend availability
- Evening availability
- Knowledge of our products and passion for what you do
- Retail team lead/supervisory experience and prior Key Holder responsibilities
- You can work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events within a fast-paced work environment

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
