**Your future role on our team**
BBA is currently seeking a Project Planner. In that capacity, your role will consist of preparing and monitoring schedules.

- Develop and update schedules for all project phases: engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning
- Plan, organize and monitor projects using tools like Primavera P6 and Prism G2
- Analyze the critical path, risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for the project or study manager
- Generate progress reports and produce performance indicators
- Update schedules, both weekly and monthly
- Prepare reports and maintain ties with project management to plan activities and project scheduling
- Maintain all planning and progress reports
- Propose solutions to the project manager to correct identified gaps and adhere to schedules
- Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources
- Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- College diploma or university degree
- At least seven years of relevant experience, ideally in the industrial or mining sectors
- Knowledge of design and construction processes
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Primavera P6
- Bilingual (English/French - spoken and written)
- Asset: Available to travel
- Asset: experience with EPCM projects
