**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in various maintenance tasks across commercial sites.
- Engage in labor-intensive work and be prepared for long hours.
- Collaborate with experienced carpenters to complete projects efficiently.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in carpentry or maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment is needed.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
