**Terms of Employment**:30-40 hours per week, full-time, permanent

**Start Date**:As soon as possible

**Wage**:$21.00-$24.00 per hour **(**Depending on experience)

**Job Duties**:

- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Assist tradespersons such as roofers and carpenters in construction activities
- Assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
- Assist in carrying heavy equipment
- Help roofers to do layout
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:No formal education required.

**Language**:Basic English

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity.

**Personal Suitability**: Client focus, Flexibility, Team player, Reliability.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, as well as high height levels.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be mobile and willing to travel to various job sites within lower mainland and Fraser Valley
