Our flagship science outreach program is the Parternship Program - the only national gaduate studen-driven science outreach program in the world. The program currently operates at 41 universiy and college campuses coast to coast and is administerd locally mainly by graduate student coordinators. Last year over 220,000 youth were reached by over 2,000 voluteer in 474 communities. **Responsibilities**: 1. Lead recruitment and sign up of volunteers; including promoting volunteer opportunities and registering new volunteers. 2. Lead volunteer training ('Science with Impact training for new volunteers) with assistance from the coordinator team 3. Mantain quality of Let's talk Science pre-made kits, inlcuding purchasing and replenishing of consumable supplies. 4. Organize and lead volunteer appreciation events. 5. Encourage, motivate and cultivate relationships with volunteers in order to power/inspire them to continue to volunteer. 6. Encourage and support volunteers who experience issues, and work together to come to a solution. 7. Check in with inactive volunteers at least one per semester. 8. Coordinate volunteer appreciation awards and recognition (Monthly, yearly, etc.) 10.
