_Allan Dale Trailers and RVs is looking to add a part-time receptionist to our team _
- **This opportunity is for Saturdays, 9 am-5 pm, with more shifts becoming available during our peak season. **_

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will ensure every customer feels welcome when walking through the door, and direct the flow of people through the dealership with a high level of customer service, all while providing accuracy within the administrative duties assigned.

**Job duties include**:

- Greeting all customers in a friendly manner as they enter the dealership, and directing them to the proper departments.
- Screen, answer & forward incoming phone calls & messages while providing basic info
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Run manager’s weekly reporting
- Take payments and accurately handle cash and credit/debit transactions
- Work with our dealer management software
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain deadlines, and other daily tasks in a proficient manner. _
- _Polished, professional appearance as you are the first face the customers see _
- _Ability to take initiative in dealing with issues that may arise_
- _Strong work ethic, reliable attendance_
- Previous work experience as a receptionist or other related fields.
- Proven aptitude for all aspects of working with computers, familiarity with file management including organizing files on the computer
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Potential for Full Time Employment & Future Growth
