**Job Summary**: As a Car Dealership Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure every visitor feels welcome and receives prompt assistance, whether they are here for sales, service, or inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.

This is a Maternity coverage position with potential for future full time employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information or transferring calls as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services, promotions, and vehicles.
- Support the sales and service teams with various tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
