**Qualifications**

**The D365 F&O Functional Consultant will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. This position requires thorough business knowledge and a deep understanding of D365 F&O.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implement and configure D365 F&O modules based on business requirements.**:

- **Facilitate the client's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.**:

- **Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on D365 F&O and evaluate customer's business processes against the standard D365 F&O functionality.**:

- **Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users about how to use D365 F&O effectively.**:

- **Test the functionality delivered by the technical team to ensure it meets the requirements.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in implementing D365 F&O solutions.**:

- **Excellent business process knowledge.**:

- **Strong understanding of the D365 F&O platform and core modules.**:

- **Ability to map and configure client business requirements into D365 F&O.**:

- **Excellent communication and relationship building skills.**:

- **Strong problem-solving abilities.**

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.**:

- **Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330, or MB-500).**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience in D365 F&O as a Functional Consultant.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Prior experience with financials, supply chain, or manufacturing modules in D365 F&O.**:

- **Experience with D365 F&O integration with other Microsoft products.**:

- **Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft technologies.**

**Base Salary Pay Range*: CAD $105,000 - CAD $125,000**
