Role Requirements:
Functional consultant with deep understanding of the D365 F&O specializing in Retail store operations and modules like DOM, WMS, inventory and POS.

Possess skills to architect, deliver support solutions for store operations

Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business requirements

Perform necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and benefits

Lead support of the existing footprint supporting stores and warehouses across the US

Work as part of a project team to support the end users

Measure delivery of our solution against requirements through ownership of deliverables

Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicate status to relevant leaders

Perform configuration, testing and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O

Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios

Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications:
Must have 4-7 years of experience with D365 F&O in mainly POS, WMS, DOM and Inventory modules

Experienced in supporting store operations across the US in the above said scope in F&O.

Should possess strong working knowledge across MS Dynamics D365 F&O

Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Dynamics ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies

Strong practical supply chain experience gained through Retail industry experience is preferred

Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and appropriate D365 Certifications

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property

Flexible and adaptive to additional assignments that arise during a project

Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI experience is a plus

Experience leading a team of D365 developers and any knowledge of SSRS is a plus
