**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, cooking, and plating meals
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food products
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Perform barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus
- Barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
