- Preparing invoices, cost estimates for clients, and responding to client inquiries;
- Triaging with other team members on client and IP offices communications;
- Docketing patent and trademark filings, monitoring deadlines, and reporting upcoming filing due dates;
- Tracking, indexing, and maintaining records of external communications;
- Editing IP documents to meet official formatting requirements; and
- Other tasks as assigned
