Product Release QA Specialist

We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking an experienced QA Release Specialist who has worked in a regulated CPG, Cosmetics, Pharma or Food manufacturing company. This position will be located in our Eastside site in **Etobicoke **and our Caterpillar site in** Mississauga.** **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Work closely with QA Associates - Product Release to ensure the Documentation, auditing, and record keeping of Quality documents - Work closely with QA Associates - Product Release to ensure Bulk and Finished Product are Released as per the schedule. - Work closely with QA Associates - Product Release and ensure all Retain Samples and batch release samples are verified prior to Product Release. - Creation and Approval of Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the D365 System to meet the required departmental schedule. - Ensure the Batch Sheets, Master Batch Packaging Records, and other associated Documents are ready for Compounding and Production as per the Master Compounding & Production Schedule. - Review Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM’s) produced Finished Product AQLs Sheets and approve product release as per Deciem Standard Operating Procedures. - Review and Approve Raw Materials, Packaging Components, and Bulk testing - Review and Approval of Certificate of Analysis (CofA) for Quality Control and Micro Testing. - Preparation and Approval of Certificate of Conformance (CofC). - Support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance by identifying, reporting, proposing solutions and resolving issues and gaps. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Bachelors degree in Science with 3 years of Experience in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical sector - Experience with quality functions and compliance - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated good documentation processes - Motivation and ability to solve complex problems - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices. **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
