Automation & Continuous Quality Build, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast, consistent validation. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and close quality gaps. Aim for reliable, high‑quality releases—balancing thoroughness with delivery and focusing on issues that impact users most. Process Improvement & Collaboration Continuously assess QA practices, tools, and coverage to improve efficiency and scalability. Contribute to release readiness reviews and sprint planning to ensure quality is embedded early. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Maintain clear and traceable test documentation, dashboards, and reports for visibility. Share learnings and best practices to improve QA maturity across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or experience 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, ideally within SaaS or InsurTech environments. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing solutions. Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Postman. Familiarity with CI/CD systems, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. A passion for continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
