**About the opportunity**
**This is 5-day a week position on-site at our Newmarket location (**Lakeside book company, 195 Harry Walker PKWY N, Newmarket, ON L3Y 7B3)**
**What You’ll Do**
Your main accountabilities will be to:
- Perform scanning, key entry, editing, scoring, and reporting of answer documents. Co-ordinate the packing and shipping of test results to the customers.
- Maximize gross profit and minimize per-document processing costs, while ensuring a very high degree of accuracy.
- Meet or exceed the goals for turnaround times for scoring services.
- Assist with resolution of customer requests related to contents of clinical-assessment kits, optional components, missing components, replacement parts, etc.
- Plan, register and coordinate training opportunities, including assisting with training courses.
- Assemble test preview kits, examination kits, information packages, and related support materials.
- Contact current and retired customers with information about new products
- Work with professional organizations to get promotional material out to their membership
- Seek out new customer opportunities outside of Ontario
- Work with partner/supplier contacts to ensure smooth delivery of materials to the customer.
- Prepare billing documents for invoicing as well as maintain the processing records,
- Work with Manager and sales support to build database in CRM.
- Monitor and coordinate electronic product licenses with partners to ensure uninterrupted access for customers.
- Monitor stock of marketing materials and support sales staff with materials as necessary
- Work with web maintenance team to ensure the website pages are current and accurate.
- Act as front-line source of general information and assistance for Customer Support and external customers when inquiries relating to new products come in.

**Who You Are**
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities
- Work independently, deadline oriented with an ability to work on multiple tasks
- Comfortable with computer systems, quick to learn
- Strong customer service skills and high regard for customer satisfaction
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized, with excellent attention to accuracy and details
- Comfortable and adaptable to work peak times and volumes (cyclical)
- Independent problem-resolution skills
- Ability to lift a carton of answer booklets (up to the size of a carton of photocopy paper)
- Supervisory, training and previous test-related experience an asset
- Familiarity with AS/400 screens for order inquiry, item inquiry, entry of gratis orders, etc
