**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of the store through effective sales techniques and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Negotiate with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Provide leadership support by training new associates and fostering a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions and service.
- Previous experience in retail or sales management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
- Experience in cashiering or clerical duties is advantageous for managing transactions smoothly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
