**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical program management, with a focus on data programs, **Exadata, Azure, and ETL processes.**:

- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, warehousing, and governance.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Exadata, Azure, ETL) are a plus.**

**Role Description**:

- **Program Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of data programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- **End-to-End Oversight**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire data lifecycle, including data acquisition, storage, processing, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on Exadata and Azure environments.
- **Project Planning and Management**:Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, identifying potential risks and mitigating strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Exadata, Azure, and ETL pipelines, leveraging industry standards and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes, enhance system performance, and streamline operations, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery, implementing contingency plans and escalation procedures as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
