We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, giving samples to guests while speaking about our products, and helping create lasting connections with our customers.
- Have previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Have a passion for spirits and eagerness to learn about our products.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Be energized by working in a culture of creativity, flexibility, and motivation
- Have excellent communication skills with an ability to engage a diverse audience
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Be legally able to serve and sell alcohol and possess Smart Serve certification
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Conduct product tastings and share knowledge about our distilling process and offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
