You’ll be responsible for helping to create exceptional dishes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key for success in this fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We offer part time or full time work weeks and are flexible with working hours

**What you will do**
- Food Preparation: Chop, mix, prep ingredients, and cook dishes (grilling, frying, sautéing) per recipes and standards.
- Station Management: Set up and stock the assigned station (pantry, grill, etc.) with food and supplies.
- Quality & Presentation: Ensure dishes meet quality, taste, and plating specifications.
- Timeliness: Cook and assemble orders efficiently to meet service times.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workstation, follow health codes, and store food properly.
- Inventory: Monitor stock, restock items during shifts, and help with prep lists
- Teamwork: Communicate and work with other team members effectively and respectfully

**What You Bring to Our Team**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Physical stamina (standing long periods, lifting).
- Attention to detail for recipes, portion control, and presentation.
