Analyst, Pricing and Reporting

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES:

- Tient à jour les rapports d'activité d’estimation, les bases de données et les formules d’estimation.
- Recueille des données pertinentes en travaillant avec notre force de vente pour collecter les résultats d'appels d’offres ; saisir et manipuler les données pour permettre une analyse complète et l’identification des problèmes potentiels d’estimation.
- Faire équipe avec les autres analystes de l'équipe d’estimation pour fournir des réponses claires, concises et précises aux demandes de tarification.
- Agir en tant que remplaçant pour les autres analystes de leur région, au besoin.
- Prépare une analyse financière, y compris des options de tarification compétitives basées sur la concurrence, la part de marché, les coûts et d'autres mesures appropriées.
- Aide au déploiement des améliorations d'estimation, y compris la maintenance de nouveaux logiciels avec les services des opérations, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des technologies de l'information.
- Communique et interagit au sein du département avec les ventes, les opérations, le marketing, l'informatique et les finances.

Summary: The Analyst, Pricing and Reporting will join the Pricing team in providing analytical insight to pricing strategies on product offerings and competitive public bids, coordinate communication with Sales, Project Management, and Marketing to achieve these ends, and associated administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains pricing activity reports, databases, pricing formulas, and tables accordingly.
- Gathers relevant data by working with our sales force to collect bid tabulations; input and manipulate the data to allow for complete analysis and identification of potential pricing issues.
- Teams with the other Analysts on the Pricing Team to provide clear, concise, and accurate responses to pricing requests. Acts as back up to the other Analysts in their Regions as needed.
- Prepares financial analysis including competitive pricing options based on competition, market share, costs, and other appropriate metrics.
- Assists with the deployment of estimating improvements including new software maintenance with the Operations, Supply Chain, and IT departments.
- Communicates and interacts intra-departmentally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT and Finance.
