Job Description
- What is the day-to-day work of the Product Information Management and Pricing Analyst?_

Reporting to the Director of Product Information Management (PIM), the Product Information Management and Pricing Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the integrity of product and manufacturer information, including, but not limited to:
- Updating product files in our ERP database- Updating manufacturers' price lists- Provide service and respond to various requests from our branches.
- Task and Responsibilities:_

Product information maintenance:

- Analysis, creation, modification and correction of product data integrity in our ERP database.
- Follow-up with manufacturers to obtain the product data required for the quality of the information to be updated
- Categorization of products according to our internal standards
- Analyze and update Eco-fees for each of the products concerned

Keep manufacturers' price lists up to date:

- Validation of information received following internal procedures
- Process prices in spreadsheet matrix format as required.
- Liaise with our partners to gather missing information.
- Use of Excel macros and advanced formulas for price management
- Design product descriptive texts in both languages (French and English).
- What is the profile of the Product Information Management and Pricing Analyst?_
- Bachelor's degree in administration, similar studies completed or DEC with strong proven expertise
- Strong spreadsheet (Excel) and Office Suite filtration skills
- Experience in product data management and pricing
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and follow-up skills
- Dynamic and autonomous, resourceful and results-oriented
- Knowledge of B2B electrical products distribution, an asset
- Mathematical and/or computer skills in data management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingualism French/English required (frequent communication with internal/external partners outside Quebec)
