**Overview**
We are in search of a skilled Superintendent to manage the maintenance and operations of our Condominium Club Amenity within a luxury condominium environment. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities.

**Duties**
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our amenities in optimal condition

Pool and Whirlpool Care: Balance pool/whirlpool chemicals to ensure safe and clean recreational areas

Cleaning Duties: Provide comprehensive cleaning for the entire amenity area (interior and exterior), ensuring a high standard of cleanliness

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports

Physical Building: Perform daily inspections to ensure that mechanical equipment is functioning properly. Provide support to Superintendents of adjacent residential towers when necessary.

Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of building events and activities. Additional tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**Experience**
Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
