**Duties**
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the installation of cabinets, flooring, tile laying, and other essential components of construction.
- Conduct plumbing, electrical work, masonry tasks, and concrete finishing as needed.
- Perform restoration work and construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards while maintaining safety protocols on-site.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and address any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques including cabinet installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, masonry, carpentry, and concrete finishing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in general contracting or related fields are preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
